This swing set is made from #1 grade southern yellow pine, pressure treated to resist insect and water decay then redried after treatment and backed by a 15 year limited warranty. The Franklin swing set is a high quality made to last play set backed up by a 15 year warranty, all on a compact foot print. Tall rockwall, climbing net and a 1.2m high platform with 2.5m (8ft) slide so is great for older children. The Franklin wooden tower set is factory stained and sealed (Mahogany Color water seal stain) and supplied with ground anchors as part of the package.
