If you are comparing different Wooden Play Centres, the easiest and best way of judging the difference in quality is to look at the shipping weight.  The heavier the Play Centre indicates more wood or thicker wood used to make it... The heavier the better!

Plum 1.5m (5ft ) Ramp Clearance

These rugged wooden ramps add extra challenge and excitement to your play set.   The climbing ramp is the most challenging accessory that is offered.  It requires balance, upper and lower body strength, and teaches the ability to lean back, as you progress forward.  This is a lesson in overcoming fear and also requires a hand over hand pulling motion.   It can add the pirate ship look to your set and can be compact if added next to the slide.  They feature cross cleats for better traction.  The ramp is a popular accessory in that it challenges the child's stability, coordination and gross motor skills. If your playset has room it can make a great addition. 

• Safety ropes for added support are attached to the outside of the ramp and then tie onto a raised platform.


• 'L' shaped brackets attach the ramp onto a platform.


• Width of the ramp is 48cm but 60 cm width is needed to attach the ramp to a platform.
