Hassle Free Returns

If you wish to cancell your order you can notify us by email to sales@wickentoys.co.uk before your goods have been despatched. 

If you have already taken delivery of your order than In line with the Distance Selling Act 2000 you have the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery' and return the goods to us.   Again please notify us by email to sales@wickentoys.co.uk quoting your name, address and order ID and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item.
