we bought the plum suricate play centre as joint bithday present for our children. The order process was very simple and we received the usually confirmation e-mails, but what I liked was the fact they said we would be contacted by phone and a suitable time arranged which they did and we were given a delivery to suit us between 10-12. The delivery van was with us 10.05 and the goods offloaded and left in a safe area.
The product was well packed. The installation was failry time consuming but very easy to follow. It took 6 hours to build which is exactly what was advised on the instructions. I would make sure you have someone who is pretty good at diy and you will need an electric screwdriver!!

The kids are delighted with their new outdoor toy and I'm sure it will give years of happy times.

A lot of fun... Review by Jamie

Ordered this product mid afternoon on the Sunday, and within 10minutes I had a phone call offering to deliver the climbing frame the next day.
It was delivered by a very friendly guy, and my mate and I built it in a day, with many tea stops! Two pieces were missing from the pack, and I rang wicken who arranged for these pieces to be delivered in a couple of days- no quibbles.
The climbing frame itself is great, already a huge favourite with my children, and it's got a. Sturdy well built feeling to it.
The service I've had has been exceptional, and the climbing frame is a great addition to any garden.
