The item I ordered was in stock but I rang and confirmed with a gentleman on the phone. He was very helpful and I ordered immediately. The item arrived and was well packaged. I had received a phone call the day before to advise me of the delivery. That phone call plus the money saved means I will be recommending Wicken toys to all my friends

My first time I have ever used Wicken Toys. I love the fact you can pay with PayPal. Also they initiate great communication to confirm how your order will be delivered with a follow up phone call to confirm best day and estimated time for delivery. The quality of product is fantastic. Finally, I could not find a better price anywhere. Will be using them again

Ordered the Plum bush baby wooden swing set - telephoned to check that it was in stock and could be delivered in time for daughter's birthday. Spoke to the very helpful Keith who assured me it would arrive within a couple of days. Ordered online but then decided I wanted to order the baby seat as well - rang back and spoke to Keith again who kindly added it to the order without me having to go through everything online again. Swing arrived two days later as promised and was the star of the show at my daughter's birthday party. Excellent value and friendly efficient customer service, cheapest place to buy the product by far :) Thank you
