As a customer of Wicken Toys Limited you have the unconditional right to cancel your order/s without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods and your money will be returned within 30 days (the 7 working days start the day after receipt of the goods). The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them and return them in their original and un-opened packaging. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. Proof of these costs will be provided for you. On the rare occasion where an item is faulty or damaged in transit we will of course offer to replace the damaged item immediately. Alternatively, we offer a full refund (payable within 30 days of agreeing the refund).
All refunds will only be made after receipt by us of the original goods supplied by Wicken Toys Limited.
Delivery includes shipment to the front door. When we use a next day delivery service it will need signing for and the driver may ask for assistance unloading. Please inspect the components for damage prior to signing and accepting delivery. Most products will be shipped within the quoted lead time of placing your order. If delivery on a particular item exceeds this timescale we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date.
If we are installing an item please take time to look at the route from parking to the location and advise us of any difficult sections. Please ensure that the site is flat, level and even and any preparation (grass cutting, bark etc) is conducted prior to the assemblers’ arrival. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the structure is safely secured once erected. If you have a structure that requires ground anchors please establish that there are no utilities etc (water, sewerage, electricity etc) running underground.
Please note - we currently accept orders from our website for delivery to UK addresses only (please see above for delivery charges).
All items shipped by courier will need a signature on delivery. We recommend that, on receipt of your goods, if the box is damaged that you state this on the delivery note in writing before signing.
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with one years manufacturers parts and labour warranty. This is in addition to consumers' statutory rights.
Please contact us within 7 days if you receive faulty products. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will either arrange an exchange or in some cases an engineer to call. This could involve the customer dealing with the manufacture direct. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by Wicken Toys Limited and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
All faulty or damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified to us on (freephone) 0800 587 1066 or sales@wicken-toys.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
All products on this web site are for use by children in residential/domestic environments only. All playcentres should be installed on level ground with an impact reducing nature and texture, such as grass, bark or safety tiles. Do not site on any hard surface such as concrete, patios or decking. 6' should be kept clear around the edge of the structure to ensure safe play. As with all activity play equipment, we recommend that children are supervised by an adult during play. Climbing and access is not allowed over walls, crenellations, hanging bars, handrails and onto roofs. Entry to platforms should be by ladders and steps only. All children’s play equipment should be regularly inspected (monthly) and the bolts and screws tightened, if necessary. Care should be taken to avoid damaging the timber components during gardening (mowing, strimming, etc).
