  • We can sometimes offer a next day delivery service for orders if we have a  van in your area.  Please call prior to ordering to arrange this, we may take your order over the phone.  Exclusions apply.
  • All orders over £120.00 FREE
  • All orders up to and including £120.00 delivery charge £4.95.

 

  • Our standard delivery Includes all the area in white on the map - UK mainland.
  • We can deliver to the green areas but you will need to call us for a quote.
  • We do not delivery to the areas in Red on the map

 

Our standard delivery covers all off the UK mainland apart from the following areas:

BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, LL58-78, PA20-78, PH15-44, PO30-41, ZE.

 

 

When Do We Deliver?

 

Standard delivery is within 5 working days.

We can sometimes offer a next day delivery service if we have a van in your area.  Please call prior to order to arrange this, we can take your order over the phone.  Some exclusions apply.

Our delivery service takes place on weekdays only.

Smaller items are sent with Parcelforce on a 48hr service and you will recieve an email with tracking number and expected day of delivery.  larger items are normally delivered by our own, in house delivery team and we always contact the customer the day before the intended delivery and give an AM or PM delivery time.  At times we do have to use national carriers, again you would recieve a telephone call to book the delivery in with you.

If the original delivery date requested by the customer cannot be met and the customer would rather not wait they are entitled to cancel their order and to receive any refund of monies paid. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the customer a full refund.

Our standard delivery covers all off the UK mainland only apart from the following areas:

 

BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, LL58-78, PA20-78, PH15-44, PO30-41, ZE. 

We can deliver to these areas and to the Channel islands but you will need to call us for a quote.  I am sorry but we do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland 

 

If you are purchasing an item for a special occasion please open and check it against the parts list to ensure that the manufacturers have packed the item correctly.  If an item is missing or wrong we do need time to get a replacement part to you.  Unfortunately we will not compensate if an item is wrong as we can get replacement parts despatched to correct them.

 

Delivery Drivers

 

Wicken Toys Ltd endeavor to do all our own deliveries using our own fleet of delivery vans.

When Wicken Toys Ltd makes the delivery, the delivery driver will always try to leave the item / items where the customer asks. The furthest point that they are expected to leave any item is on a back patio, access permitting.  Any side gate or passage is normally big enough as long as a person can walk down there.  The drivers are not expected to take the item / items any further beyond that point.  The delivery drivers will carry items through the house that do not require a trolley to move the items.  Larger boxes may need unpacking and taking through piece by piece, this is up to the customer to do.  We do not ask the driver to do this as they have timed bookings and would find themselves late for other customers.  

Wicken Toys Limited will not be liable for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver on a particular date or time.
