Delivery Charges
Every product on our internet site has been categorised as Free Delivery, A, B, C or D. This is indicated on the top of the individual product pages. The delivery charge depends on which zone delivery is to (the zones are shown below) and whether the product is in the category Free Delivery, A, B, C or D.
The following table shows the delivery cost for each of the zones.

If you are purchasing more than one item you will only pay one delivery charge on the heaviest item. You will not pay a separate delivery charge on each individual item you purchase.
- The maximum delivery charge for a delivery to zone 1 is £10.00
- The maximum delivery charge for a delivery to zone 2 is £20.00
- The maximum delivery charge for a delivery to zone 3 is £25.00

Our in house delivery team will always contact the customer the day before the intended delivery. Our delivery team is unable to give a specific date for delivery, although where delivery has been requested for a specific date Wicken Toys Limited will endeavor to fulfill this request but this cannot be guaranteed. Next day and time specific delivered at a premium subject to availability of goods. Please call us on (free phone) 0800 587 1066 when placing your order for a quote.
If the original delivery date requested by the customer cannot be met and the customer would rather not wait they are entitled to cancel their order and to receive any refund of monies paid.
Unless Wicken Toys Limited has agreed a longer delivery time with the customer, we will deliver the goods within 4 working days. If Wicken Toys Limited is unable to deliver the goods within this time you will be informed immediately and, with your agreement, another time for delivery will be arranged.
If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the customer a full refund.
Wicken Toys Limited will not be liable for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver on a particular date or time.
