Large items over 30kg. The following postcodes may need to call for a quote:

Delivery Times
- Small items (under 30 kg) – Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched next working day via APC tracked service (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
- Large items (over 30 kg) – Delivered by our own team within 5 working days (Scotland, Devon & Cornwall within 12 days).
- Need it sooner? Call us – we may be able to offer expedited delivery to certain postcodes.
- Trampoline installation falls within our standard delivery times above.
- If you want a climbing frame installed please contact us to check what the current installation lead time is.
All delivery times are estimates for orders placed before 2 pm on working days. We do not despatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Yes, our own in-house team handle every installation from start to finish, so your item will is delivered, assembled, and ready for play all in one visit.
We never use third-party contractors. Instead, your build will be completed by Paul, Eugene, and Jake, with Chris, Paul, and Jim joining in when we’re busy or working on large, complex sets. Between us, we have decades of experience building and installing wooden play equipment of all shapes and sizes.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a date that suits you.
Trampoline installation will be within our standard delivery time. Adding Climbing frame installation can sometimes fall within our normal estimated delivery time frame but when we are busy it can take longer. You will be advised once we receive your order. Alternatively please give us a call before you order and we will be able to advise you what the current installation lead time is.
How do I return my order?
How do I return my order?
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Wicken Toys. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel or return your order, please let us know in writing by emailing sales@wickentoys.co.uk with your order number and details. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once we have received and inspected the items, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- We can help arrange collection for large or bulky items using our own delivery team - collection costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that have been installed, part-assembled, or custom-ordered cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If you discover any damage or missing parts on delivery, please report this within 14 days so that we can supply replacements promptly.
- If the resale value of the goods has been affected by how they were handled while in your possession, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
