All prices include VAT at 20%. Prices and any special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Orders Placed with Wicken Toys Ltd
You place an order with us by completing the checkout process on our website. During checkout you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before submitting it.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods to you, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and Wicken Toys Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

(a) The goods are not available

(b) We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

(c) There has been a pricing or product description error
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
Cancelling Your Order & Returns
Cancelling before dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please notify us by email at sales@wickentoys.co.uk as soon as possible.
Cancelling after delivery
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery of the goods.
To cancel, please email sales@wickentoys.co.uk quoting your name, address and order ID.
You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Returned goods should be unused, complete, and in a resalable condition, with all original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, using the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability. Where applicable, refunds will be processed after the return of the original goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Special order items
Items that are not stocked by Wicken Toys Ltd and are ordered specifically at the customer’s request are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless faulty, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Delivery
Delivery is to the front door only. Some large items may require assistance from the recipient to unload safely.
Where a next-day or courier service is used, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging before signing. If the packaging is visibly damaged, this should be noted with the driver at the time of delivery. Signing for delivery does not affect your statutory rights.
Most products are dispatched within the quoted lead time from order. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Warranty & Missing Parts
Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied by Wicken Toys Ltd come with a minimum one-year manufacturer’s parts warranty, excluding labour. Many products carry extended manufacturer warranties - please refer to individual product pages for details.
All products supplied are intended for private residential use only. Use in a commercial or public setting will void any manufacturer warranties.
We strongly recommend that you unpack and check all items promptly upon delivery to ensure all parts are present before scheduling assembly. If any parts are missing, please contact us with the part numbers and quantities as listed in the instruction manual. Missing parts are usually supplied directly by the manufacturer and may take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Wicken Toys Ltd cannot compensate for delays or costs arising from missing parts.
Warranty claims will only be considered where the product has been assembled, installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We may require faulty parts or items to be returned for inspection as part of the warranty process. Failure to do so may invalidate the claim.
Price Match Guarantee
We believe in offering competitive, fair pricing without the need for artificial “recommended retail prices” or flash sales. Where we import and supply products directly, we simply display the best price we offer both online and at our display site.
If you find an identical item we sell available at a lower price elsewhere and it is in stock, please let us know and we will do our best to price match where possible.
Safety
All products sold are intended for use by children in private residential environments only. Commercial use will void all warranties.
Play equipment must be installed on level ground with an impact-reducing surface such as grass, bark or safety tiles. Equipment should not be installed on hard surfaces such as concrete, patios or decking. A clear space of 1.8 metres (6ft) should be maintained around the equipment.
Children should always be supervised by an adult during use. Equipment should be inspected regularly (at least monthly), with bolts and fixings tightened where necessary. Care should be taken during gardening to avoid damaging timber components.
