Our own in-house team handle every installation from start to finish, so your climbing frame is delivered, assembled, and ready for play all in one visit.

We never use third-party contractors. Instead, your build will be completed by Paul, Eugene, and Jake, with Chris, Paul, and Jim joining in when we’re busy or working on large, complex sets. Between us, we have decades of experience building and installing wooden play equipment of all shapes and sizes.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a date that suits you. Our delivery and installation teams travel together, ensuring everything is completed smoothly and on time.

When you buy from Wicken Toys, the same team who deliver your climbing frame also install it – meaning everything will be there and ready to build.

Because we supply the product ourselves, we ensure that every pack and every part has arrived correctly before we start.

When customers buy elsewhere, items are often delivered by national couriers, and installers are hired separately. In those cases, the customer must check that all the boxes and contents are correct before the installer arrives – and if anything is missing, they may have to pay the contractor to return once replacement parts arrive.

What’s Included

• Safe and professional assembly by our experienced team.
• Digging individual legs into the ground where necessary to ensure your climbing frame is as level as possible.
• Concreting in anchor points where the manufacturer recommends, using Postcrete supplied by you or available from us for a small additional charge.
• All tools and equipment provided by Wicken Toys.
• A complete inspection before we leave – ready for your children to play safely.
  

What’s Not Include

• Full ground levelling – we will make adjustments for uneven areas but cannot level or re-landscape the site.
• Installation in areas not listed in the postcode checker on product pages (please call for a custom quote if your postcode isn’t shown).
  

What to Expect on Installation Day

1. Your climbing frame and our team will arrive together on the same vehicle.
2. We’ll confirm the chosen location and check access to the site.
3. Our team will assemble, dig, and secure the frame as needed.
4. Once finished, we’ll tidy the area, check everything is safe, and make sure you’re happy with the setup before we leave.
