Customer Returns & Open Box Deal

Not necessarily. Some products may be customer returns, while others may simply have an opened, marked or damaged outer box. In some cases, the product itself may never have been removed from its packaging. Please check the individual product description for details.

The condition varies between products. Some may have minor cosmetic marks or imperfections, while others may only have imperfect packaging. Any known condition issues will be explained in the individual product description and are reflected in the reduced selling price.

Items offered with cosmetic marks are sold on the basis that those marks do not affect the product's normal use, safety or performance. If there is anything specific you need to know about an individual item, this will be stated in its description.

Yes. Items that remain boxed are available for delivery. If the original box has been opened or is not in perfect condition, we check and securely reseal the packaging before dispatch so it is suitable for delivery.

Some items may have been assembled by us to check that they are complete and suitable for sale. Once assembled, many larger products cannot easily or safely be repacked, so these items are available for collection only from our display site at MK19 6BJ.

Where photographs of the individual item's condition are included, they are intended to show the actual marks, imperfections or packaging condition of the item being offered. Always check the individual listing before ordering.

These products cannot be sold by us as brand new due to factors such as a customer return, opened packaging, packaging condition, assembly or cosmetic imperfections. The reduction in price reflects the condition of the particular item.

Yes. Most products in this collection are one-off items or available in very limited quantities. Once an item has sold, we may not receive another in the same condition or at the same price.
