XL Frame - Extra Flexibility for Adults and Passengers

The BERG XXL frame offers all the benefits of the standard XL frame but with extra flexibility, particularly when using a BERG passenger seat.

Both the XL and XXL frames comfortably accommodate children, teenagers and adults. However, the XXL frame features 8 adjustable seat positions, compared to 6 on the standard XL frame.

The real advantage of the XXL becomes apparent when fitting an optional BERG passenger seat. The passenger seat uses the rearmost mounting position on the frame, which can restrict how far back the driver's seat can be positioned on a standard XL go-kart. This can make it uncomfortable for taller adults to pedal with a passenger seat fitted.

With the extended XXL frame, there is additional space to accommodate both the driver's seat and passenger seat, allowing adults to pedal comfortably while taking a passenger along for the ride.

If you regularly intend to use a passenger seat, the XXL frame is well worth considering. If you don't plan to fit a passenger seat, the standard XL frame will be equally suitable for most adult riders.

BFR stands for Brake, Freewheel, and Reverse. This unique drive system lets you:

Pedal forward to move
Brake by applying gentle back pressure on the pedals
Reverse immediately after coming to a stop
Freewheel safely while coasting, so the pedals don’t spin around and hit your ankles

Customer Return / Open Box Item

From time to time, we receive items back from customers or have products where the outer packaging has been opened, marked or damaged while in storage or transit.

In some cases, the product itself may never have been removed from the box and may be in completely unused condition, but because the packaging has been opened or is no longer in perfect condition, we do not sell the item as brand new.

Other items may have minor cosmetic marks or imperfections. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the safety, performance or normal use of the product. The reduced selling price reflects the condition of the item and/or its packaging.

Collection & Delivery

Assembled items are available for collection only from our display site at MK19 6BJ, as they cannot easily or safely be repacked for delivery.

Items that remain boxed are available for delivery in the normal way. Where the original packaging has been opened or is no longer in perfect condition, we will check and securely reseal the box before dispatch to ensure it is suitable for delivery and to reduce the risk of the packaging opening or parts being lost in transit.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these products are fully usable items offered at a reduced price because of their condition, cosmetic imperfections, opened packaging or packaging condition.

Whether you are looking at a go kart or an expensive climbing frame, you can get an idea from looking at a picture on a website but you can not beat actually seeing it and even giving it a shake to see how sturdy it is.
